Prison Rape Elimination act (PREA)
Policies and Procedures
As part of our PREA evaluation, an online survey
was completed by jails and juvenile facilities from around the United
States. Two survey questions asked if the facilities or jails had
written policies that specify procedures that respond to either
staff/offender or offender/offender sexual assault, and if they
if they did would they be willing to share those policies with us.
Below are the policies that jails and juvenile facilities were willing
to share with us.
