Grant Programs

The Office of Adult and Juvenile Justice Assistance (OAJJA) manages several state and federal grant programs all designed to provide support to and/or assist in the improvement of the adult and juvenile justice systems. Programs range from juvenile justice funding to support priorities such as mental health and girls programming to criminal justice funding that supports local multi-jurisdictional drug task forces or criminal history improvements. Funding is generally made available to local and state agencies (both governmental and non-governmental) through a grant making process. For more information, click on a grant program to the right and you will be provided an overview of the grant program including any grant funding priorities (if applicable) and the grant solicitation process.
