The Division of Criminal Justice, as the recipient of federal Formula (Title II) funds from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, is responsible for providing annual reports regarding compliance with the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 2002 (Public Law 93-415, 42 U.S.C. 5601) and the three core requirements related to the appropriate holding of juveniles in secure settings.
